Eric Harland (b. 1978) — Drums. Led Voyager. Worked with Joshua Redman, Aaron Parks, Harish Raghavan.

Harland has drummed in wildly different bands — Joshua Redman, Charles Lloyd, Dave Holland — and always sounds right at home. He balances delicacy and power so naturally that he elevates anyone he plays with. He doesn't demand attention, but when he leaves you feel the absence immediately.
